It has a high chromium content and can form a dense chromium oxide protective film under high temperature environment, which effectively resists high temperature oxidation and chemical corrosion. Some linings also adopt special ceramic composite structures. Ceramic materials have excellent high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance. After combining with metal matrix, they can give play to the wear resistance and high temperature resistance of ceramics and the toughness of metals to improve the comprehensive performance of linings. The service life of ceramic composite linings is usually longer than that of ordinary material linings, which may reach 4-5 years. However, the cost of ceramic composite linings is relatively high, and if they are subjected to large external impact during installation and use, problems such as ceramic layer shedding may occur, affecting the service life.
Lining structure design
