High-pressure roller mills have been widely used at home and abroad for crushing in the cement industry, granulation in the chemical industry, and fine grinding of pellets to increase the specific surface area. It is used for crushing metal ores to achieve production practices for different purposes such as simplifying the crushing process, crushing more and grinding less, improving system production capacity, improving grinding effects or separation indicators.
The high-pressure grinding roller(HPGR) is composed of a grinding roller and a roller shaft, and the grinding roller and the roller shaft are interference fit. The surface of the grinding roller is inlaid with wear-resistant studs, and the thickness of the grinding roller is more than 250mm. Since the grinding roller has been in contact with hard materials for a long time and is worn, it needs to be replaced regularly to ensure the grinding efficiency of the high-pressure roller mill, and the roller shaft can be reused. Conventional high-pressure roller mill rollers adopt a single grinding roller design. When replacing and disassembling, the moving roller or fixed roller needs to be removed and lifted out. Then replace it, the overall operation is complicated and the replacement cost is high. Due to the buyer's usage scenario restrictions, it may be difficult to lift the moving roller or fixed roller. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the structure of the grinding roller of the high-pressure roller mill, and add an auxiliary mechanism on the outside of the high-pressure roller mill to assist in disassembly. At the same time, ensure that the roller shaft is not damaged during the disassembly process.
The inherently challenging environment of cement production requires durable materials for mill grinding roller.
