1992
The predecessor of our company, 鈥淵anshi Songshan Steel Plant鈥 was founded. During the preliminary stage, our company mainly manufactures small ball mill liner plate.
1993~1994
We Cooperated with lots of domestic cement factories by providing them with high quality wear parts including grid plate, liner plate, etc.
1996~1999
Luoyang Zhili Industry Co., Ltd. had achieved a transmission from low-end products to high-end products and a total upgrade in quality control system as we developed.
2000
We cooperated with 鈥淗enan Eng-Tech Research Center of Wear-resisting Materials鈥 and invested numerous fund and man power. As a result, our product quality was improved to a new level, and became one of the leading companies in the industry.
2001
Our products 鈥淯nidirectional Solidification Huge Blow Bars鈥 won the Luoyang City鈥檚 Scientific and Technological Progress Award.
2003
Developed 鈥淎lloyed High Manganese Steel鈥 and 鈥淎lloyed Super High Manganese Steel鈥
2005
Attended in International Cement Equipment Exhibition, we had our debut in international market, and for the first time, we have won very good favor from exhibitors with our high cost-efficiency.
2006-2007
In order to solve some of the special wear-resistant demand, we have specially reformed our technology development department. Under consistent efforts dedicated to our research, our experts successfully developed 鈥淏imetallic Composite Materials鈥, and became the very first company in China that developed such technology and manufactured such material. After tests, such material can work 2~3 times more efficiently than normal manganese materials.
2008
We declared our first patent in SIPO鈥 鈥淭he composite casting of Big Blow Bar鈥 (Patent No. ) In the same year, we have cooperated with lots of domestic cement groups, which includes CONCH, TCC, EMEI CEMENT. etc.
2009
Zhili declared our second national patent in SIPO 鈥淐omposite in double sides of big blow bar鈥. (Patent No. ZL 2009 1 0065065.3). Same year, with the cooperation with CARCY Group, we successfully manufactured German Krupp impact bars domestically in China.
2010
We formally started overseas business. As a result, we successfully signed long-term cooperation contract with POSCO and CEMEX.
2011
We were honored with the 鈥淭op Suppliers for Cement Industry in China鈥. We have also increased our production output from 5000ton/ year to 9000ton/year. The new updated lost foam casting production line is 3000ton/ year. In order to control the pollution save the energy and reduce the emission, in response to government鈥檚 call, we have introduced many policies to adjust and upgrade environment protection equipments. Our target is to consume energy with best efficiency and control pollution with strongest standards.
2012
We were honored with 鈥淏est Hammers鈥 awarded by the 3rd China Wear-Resistant Golden Globe awards. Same year, by cooperating with Henan Institute of Technology to combine research and manufacture together.
2013
We have formally became long-term supplier for the top cement group Lafarge. Same year, we established Zhili College of Commercial to train and reserve industry talents.
2014
We have won the award 鈥淏est 20鈥 of 2013 E-commercial Application of Medium Entrepreneurs by the 9th China Medium Entrepreneurs - E-commercial Application Conference.
2015
We introduced core shooter to upgrade the surface quality of our products, which increased our annual output and consummated our quality check system. With the expansion of our market, in order to ascend Zhili up to the first-class professional wear-resistant material research and production organization, we have changed our name to Zhili New Materials Co., Ltd.
2016
We attended the Bauma exhibition in Munich and Shanghai. We have signed the long-term contract with a great Mexican steel group, Welding Alloys Group.
2017
Out of a fierce competition, we have been authorized by SSAB to fully merchandise and process the hardest steel 鈥淗ARDOX鈥 and was appointed as HARDOX Wear Parts Center. Hardox鈥檚 presence brought us much wider marketing range that we are capable to fulfill all wear-resisting request from our clients. Same year, we signed long-term contract with TATA from India, and other companies from Syria, Russia, Pakistan, Qatar, Mongolia, Nigeria, etc. While benefiting each other, we also built very good international reputation.
2018
We participated in the INTERCEM exhibition. And achieved cooperation agreement with lots of Mid-eastern Cement Plants.
